How to thoroughly clean the mixing barrel of a Concrete batching plant

Concrete batching plant provide cast-in-place concrete to construction sites through centralized pre-mixing and long-distance transportation. They are a leading building material product that combines modern concrete with modern construction techniques. Modern buildings, highways, railways, bridges, airports, and other industries all rely on concrete pouring, making concrete mixing plants a popular product in these industries.

As we all know, Concrete batching plant operate outdoors, exposed to the elements year-round. Regular maintenance and repair can extend the life of the equipment. Below, we will explain how to maintain a concrete mixing plant system.
At the end of each shift, the inside and outside of the mixing drum, as well as the discharge door, must be thoroughly cleaned of any accumulated material and flushed thoroughly with water. Adhesive that remains unwashed must be regularly chiseled off. The mixing blades must be adjusted and tightened weekly to prevent blade detachment and accidents.
At each shift, the shaft seal chamber, distributor inlet and outlet, and sealing pipes must be inspected for unobstructed flow and grease, and all lubrication points and the gearbox must be adequately lubricated. During each shift, check whether the grease in the oil reservoir of the electric lubrication pump is used up. If it is almost used up, refill it in time. Operation without oil is not allowed.
