Concrete batching plant equipment

A Concrete batching plant, also known as a concrete precasting plant, is a construction device consisting of a main mixer, a material weighing system, and a material conveying system. Using cement as the binder, this equipment produces concrete by mixing sand, gravel, lime, and other raw materials. Its high degree of mechanization and automation ensures concrete quality while reducing cement consumption. It is primarily used in large and medium-sized projects such as water conservancy projects and bridges.

The plant features a monolithic steel structure and is equipped with a twin-shaft forced mixer, a screw conveyor, and metering sensors. The powder handling system utilizes a fully enclosed system equipped with a high-efficiency dust collector, and the pneumatic system exhaust system uses a silencer design to reduce noise. Equipment specifications are named based on theoretical hourly production capacity. Common models include HZS25 and HZS50, with HZS25 representing a production capacity of 25 cubic meters per hour. With the development of municipal construction, the centralized supply of commercial Concrete batching plants has significantly improved construction efficiency and supported the coordinated operation of concrete pumping, mixing, conveying, and pouring machinery. The equipment is divided into single-machine station and dual-machine station. The production capacity of the dual-machine station is twice that of the single-machine station. Operation data needs to be regularly reviewed for parameter stability, and transportation vehicles need to undergo safety inspections.
